Refund Policies and Exchanges:
1.You must have your original sales receipt.
2.Merchandise must be returned within seven(7) days of the original purchase date.
3.Merchandise must be in its original condition and include all original packing materials, accessories, product literature.
4.If returning an order by mail, the item can only be returned AFTER obtaining authorization by contacting our offices at 518-928-2218. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground. Freight charges are your responsibility. However, if your original product was damaged, defective or the wrong item shipped, we will credit you for all reasonable freight charges. Please include the charge for freight in your paperwork.
